We have developed a six step video production process specifically tailored to businesses and organizations looking to engage prospective customers with video. This process has been developed to produce the highest possible quality video for our clients.

Marketing Assessment Conceptualization Pre-Production Production Post-Production Distribution

The first step for all of our projects is a Marketing Assessment. A video is a powerful marketing tool, but it isn’t Superman. To help your video have a more meaningful impact on your business, we need to determine what we are trying to achieve. Setting these parameters from the start increases your chances of success by setting a clear end goal and mission statement for the video project. 

With the goal of your video established, we move on to conceptualizing and brainstorming how we can achieve this goal. We will work with your business to brainstorm ideas and video concepts relevant to your business and marketing goals. Our video team will find and review video examples with your team to find the perfect video style for your project.

With your concept and style locked in, we can move on to putting it all together. Our production team will create a custom video production plan and script for your video. We will plan every aspect of your project from storyboards, reserving equipment, booking cast, etc. All of the time and effort spent in pre-production will ensure a smooth shoot day.

All of the hard work and preparation in the steps prior will come to life on your shoot day. Our experienced film and video professionals will capture your vision using our cinema camera and lighting packages. Your team has the option to be on set with us and provide live feedback to our video directors to achieve the perfect look you’re striving for.

After your shoot days are complete, the video footage will be taken back to our studio for video editing. Our video editors will comb through the footage to find the best clips to create your video. Video edits will be periodically sent over to you for review and feedback. Your video editor will work with you to make any changes needed for your video.

Once you have approved your video, we will send over all the completed deliverables for distribution on your desired marketing channels. Our video team can assist in working with your marketing or technical teams for a smooth transition of completed videos for distribution.
